\n• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
\n• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
\n• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
\n• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
\n• Required scrub color: Navy
\n• Charting system: Cerner
\n• Work with ICU units including 8 CVICU beds, 8 SICU beds, and 16 MICU beds
